Khanapara Teer (also called KP Teer, Assam Teer, or GHY Teer) is an archery-based archery-based traditional game held in Khanapara, located in RiBhoi district near the Assam–Meghalaya border. It is extremely popular in Guwahati and across Assam.
The game follows the same format as Shillong Teer — archers shoot at a cylindrical target and the last two digits of the hit count determine the declared result number. Results are declared faster than Shillong Teer, making it popular among players who want quicker results.
